Jessica Sweet wrote a blog called "How to Kick Fear in the Face" and I know everybody has their different fears. She wrote that you should not just "cope" or "get over" your fear, but instead, kick it in the face, bite it, destroy it. Fear is holding everybody back. You do not want to have regrets on your death bed saying, "I wish I did that". Even if it hurts, even if it wasn't as fun as you thought it was going to be, you still did it. Just doing one of your fears is a step further than most people. Use your strengths to accomplish your fear. Use what you have to do what you are afraid to do. Don't be afraid anymore. Scare your fear. No matter if your fear is big or small, just go out there and do it. I promise you, you can.
